Class Division Notification

On the last few months we had many new members joining in. Many of them still haven't learned some important basic movements and techniques. At the same time, we have many athletes who are achieving a very advanced levels. To be able to maximize the leaning progress of both parties, we have decided to create Basic Classes and Advanced Classes days.
Basic Class Days
We strongly recommend beginners and people who want to review the basics to join the classes on these days.
Days: Even days of each month (days with a 2,4,6...)
Content: Basic Stand and Ground movements and techniques.
Members that don't want to join these classes can use half the mat space for free training.

Advanced Class Days
Days: Odd days of each month (days with 1,3,5...).
Content: Advanced Stand and Ground movements and techniques.
